Returns

If a customer wishes to return an item, they have fifteen days to return it upon receipt of their order. In order to start the return process, the customer must contact us via email or our Contact Page to receive a return authorization; returns will not be accepted without this authorization.There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns unless the item being returned is broken or in other ways does not function. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
